All returns and exchanges must be authorized, and assigned a Return Authorization number, prior to return. We will accept returns for full credit (less shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase date - returns after 30 days are not accepted. We are also able to offer an exchange of items within 30 days of your purchase date - additional shipping charges may apply.
Should you decide to return your items, they must be received in the same condition in which they were received, packaged in the original carton. Damaged items and shortages must be reported to Boston Textile within three (3) business days of receipt.

Certain items cannot be returned to Boston Textile. These items include:
• Custom "made-to-order" and fabricated items
• Goods shipped outside the continental United States
• Warranty items
